How to Return an Item
Initiate Return
Log into your account and go to your order history. Select the item you wish to return and click "Return Item"
Print Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided in your email confirmation
Pack & Ship
Securely pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and attach the return label
Get Refund
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
Return Eligibility
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging
Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
Proof of purchase (order confirmation email) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Personal care items (cosmetics, fragrances, skincare)
Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear, unless unworn with tags)
Final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
Gift cards and downloadable products
Refund Information
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you haven't received your refund after this time, please contact your bank or credit card company, then contact us at support@firasstore.com.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges for items of equal or lesser value. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process and indicate your exchange preference. We'll ship your new item as soon as we receive your return.
For exchanges to items of greater value, you'll need to pay the difference. We'll send you a payment link via email once we've received your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@firasstore.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if you prefer.
In cases of damaged items, you do not need to return the original product unless requested by our customer service team.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service team before returning an international order to receive instructions and ensure the smoothest return process possible.
Customs fees, duties, and taxes paid on the original order are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.
