Domestic Shipping

We ship to all 50 states within the United States. All domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about potential charges before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST will typically be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), processing times may be extended by 1-2 business days. We'll notify you via email if there are any delays with your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress through the carrier's website. Tracking information is typically updated within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders. All orders must be shipped to a physical street address. Some items may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal requirements. These restrictions will be noted on the product page.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@firasstore.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement as quickly as possible.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and household members, and verify the delivery address. If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours, contact us and we'll initiate an investigation with the carrier.
